Prior to Big, Susan served as a Taylor University professor, managed the corporate communications department at Brotherhood Mutual and freelanced for some of America’s best-known brands. A gifted teacher and trainer, she holds a master’s degree and the Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) designation.
