Taking the next step can always be a little intimidating. Since it can be difficult to know what to expect, we thought we’d just tell you what happens in 4 easy steps:

• Once you reach out to us, Kathryn will follow-up with a quick telephone call. The goal of that call is to learn a little about you and what you are looking for.
• Kathryn and a few others from Big will meet with you at your office or Big. This gives us a chance to learn a bit more about you and your company, and answer any questions you might still have about us. Then, if there is something specific that you want to discuss, we talk about that.
• If a specific project request comes out of that meeting, we go back and develop an estimate that lays out the scope, timeline, and costs.
• We review that estimate with you. At that point you can choose to work with us or decide that the time isn’t right – no pressure.
