Ruling the agency with a light saber and Star Trek mug, Chad combines flashes of brilliance with a down-to-earth quirkiness that’s hard to resist. Over his 15-year career in design, branding and advertising, he’s distinguished himself as one of the most creative thinkers and talented designers in the region. Chad holds degrees in organizational leadership and technical graphics from Purdue University, and has served as a Taylor University adjunct professor and on the board of directors for Matthew 25 Health and Dental Clinic. In 2005, he was named a Future 40 recipient, honoring community leaders under the age of 40 who represent the future of Fort Wayne’s business and philanthropic landscape.

A dynamic combo of effervescence and keen organizational skills make Erik the consummate account director—as does his experience as a high school referee, helping him keep tough clients and coworkers in tow. Erik’s 15 years of experience in marketing and communication includes a variety of sales, service and marketing positions—with stints at Vera Bradley and Starbucks Coffee Company. If it’s business-related, Mike’s probably done it. His stellar marketing résumé includes over 20 years of experience in public and private business sectors. He’s not only worked in but has also held senior management roles in product development, marketing and sales, strategic planning & acquisitions, general and executive management – in healthcare, consumer, industrial and technology based industries for names such as Ecolab, Inc. , Lifecore Biomedical, Huntington Laboratories, and Barq’s Inc., along with clients such as Target, Walmart, Coca-Cola, Zimmer, DePuy, Henkel Intl., Baxter healthcare, Cardinal Health and Dial Corp. He holds a degree in marketing from Indiana University and another one from Purdue University in business management and supervision.

Today, Big's resident globetrotter brings his recently earned MBA from Taylor University and 11 years of experience in marketing and product development to his role as account executive at Big. Our resident Rock of Gibraltar, Del maintains a quiet strength in the middle of the production storm. Specializing in multitasking and details, Del keeps multiple projects moving without missing a beat. With more than 15 years of experience in communications and marketing in corporate and advertising settings, Del’s created specialized sales promotions, produced training programs and implemented strategic, direct-mailing campaigns in the U.S., Canada and Japan for Panoramic Corporation. Del holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Taylor University and a master’s degree in film and TV production and programming from Regent University.

Charlotte's energy and fiery determination drive projects to the goal every time. A recent college graduate, Charlotte served as a marketing intern at GE Commercial Motors by Regal Beloit before coming to Big. Today, she’s responsible for maintaining and broadening existing client relationships. Her role encompasses project management and customer service as well as coordinating events and trade shows. Charlotte holds a marketing degree from Indiana University.

We’re counting on Tom Carroll, our very own Eagle Scout, to steer us through the wilderness of potential clients and “hone in” on those with the best chance for success. With over 25 years of experience in business development, business operations and aggressive marketing activities, Tom built a multi-million dollar business as an entrepreneur and is sure to play a key role in taking us to the next level of growth. A Certified Advertising Specialist and National Executive Institute graduate, he holds a degree in German with minors in marketing and English from Middle Tennessee State University.

With almost 20 years of marketing experience, he has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing and service industries, and has worked with some of the most recognizable brands in the world, such as Audi, Volkswagen and North American Van Lines. His areas of specialty include marketing planning and strategy—as well as marketing and communication programs for dealer/distributor/rep networks. A frequent facilitator and trainer, John holds an interpersonal and public communication degree from Purdue University.

With both right and left brains firing on all cylinders, Susan is a rare find—a highly creative person who can see the big picture but also nail the details. It’s a power-packed combo that has won her multiple awards in over 20 years of PR and communications work as well as university teaching. Prior to Big, Susan served as a Taylor University professor, managed the corporate communications department at Brotherhood Mutual and freelanced for some of America’s best-known brands. A gifted teacher and trainer, she holds a master’s degree and the Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) designation.

(And if that doesn’t work, he resorts to criminal justice tactics learned in his undergraduate degree program at Indiana University.) Mark’s 15 years of experience in finance, human resources and operations span a variety of management and financial roles, and include positions at WaterFurnace International, Inc. and Patton Electric Co., Inc. Mark holds an MBA in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Keeping track of all the projects that run through our office would make most people’s heads spin. But not Kelli. With over 16 years of experience in traffic and production management, Kelli’s a pro at making sure that jobs get done right and on time. She credits her amazing juggling abilities to her active family, where she manages two kids and a labradoodle, Liberty. Her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ball State University and experience with eight advertising agencies don’t hurt, either.

Fresh, original designs are Greg’s trademark, and he offers a gallery of award-winning work to prove it. With more than 15 years of experience in creative concepting, art direction and graphic design, Greg excels in illustration and fine art, as well as product and package design. Before joining Big, Greg served as an art director for Nitecki & Walker, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commercial art with a minor in fine art from the University of Saint Francis.
